Necessary Details:

  • Payment is due at time of service. I take cash or checks.
  • A $35 charge will be assessed, barring emergency situations, if I show up at your door and cannot gain access to your pet during the appointment time or if you call less than 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. The advance notice, gives me the opportunity to fill your time slot with another pet. My voicemail is available 24 hours a day.
  • Our appointment time is an approximate time.  I try my best to be on time but there are many factors that can delay my arrival so please be tolerant.  If I believe I will be more than 15 mins late, I will call you so you will not be left wondering

Products

I only use premium quality products on your pet with names like Davis, Isle of Dog, Bio-groom, Espree, E-Z Groom, Eqyss, and Tropiclean. Your pet will get a customized blend of shampoos and conditioners to meet his/her skin and coat needs. Shampoo options may include medicated shampoos, hypoallergenic, oatmeal, tearless, fragrance-free, moisturizing, color-enhancing, scented, and/or clarifying shampoos. All products are:
